Peeraka 是一名前途光明的医学实习生，当他沦为杀害母亲与妹妹的头号嫌疑人时，瞬间坠入噩梦深渊。女友 Mesa 离他而去，Peeraka 在试图逃避逮捕时悲惨离世。 六年后，Mesa 已是一名事业有成的女演员，与权势政客之子 Mahasamut 相恋。当她遇见与 Peeraka 长得一模一样的 Wayu 时，她的世界彻底动摇。Mahasamut 的妹妹 Fahsai 留学归来，也与 Wayu 相遇。随着 Wayu 不惜一切代价为 Peeraka 及其家人的死寻求正义，所有人都卷入了一张由秘密与复仇交织的大网。
