影片改编自铃木祐斗的同名漫画，天才杀手主人公·坂本太郎（目黑莲 饰）因对在便利店工作的女性·葵一见钟情而决定金盆洗手，在经历结婚、女儿出生后，体型变得肥胖。然而，当恶徒们接连出现在他经营的坂本商店时，坂本为了守护所爱的家人，开始与敌人对峙。
